The Dubai Land Department (DLD) released data showing that during the week ending February 9, 2024, 3,543 real estate transactions totaling over AED9.8 billion were completed.
According to the DLD report, 2,572 apartments and villas were bought for AED5.68 billion, while 197 plots were sold for AED1.61 billion.
The top three sales were land in Warsan Fourth which went for AED 120.32 million, land in Al Barshaa South Third which sold for AED 78.86 million, and land in Wadi Al Safa 3 which sold for AED 54 million.
With 77 transactions totaling AED199.72 million, Madinat Hind 4 recorded the highest sales transactions for the week. Al Hebiah Fifth came in second with 30 transactions totaling AED136.08 million, and Jabal Ali First came in first with 11 transactions totaling AED51.65 million.
The top three apartment and villa transfers were an AED 80 million apartment in Al Safouh Second, an AED 119 million apartment in Jumeirah First, and an AED 140.45 million apartment in Island 2.
Over the week, the total value of mortgaged properties was AED 1.8 billion. AED 725 million was granted to first-degree relatives for 135 properties.
