Dubai residents now have the convenience of submitting their suggestions, comments, and complaints to over 40 government entities in just two minutes, because of the innovative ‘04’ platform. This single platform operates around the clock, making it easy for users to contact various entities, including Dubai Police, Dubai Land Department (DLD), Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), and Dubai Health Authority.
The process is straightforward, requiring only three easy steps. With just a few clicks, users can communicate their concerns to the relevant government entity, ensuring that their voices are heard and their issues are addressed.
The ‘04 Platform’ was officially launched on March 21 by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai. This innovative platform is a testament to Dubai’s commitment to providing its residents with the best possible services and ensuring their satisfaction.
Sheikh Hamdan announced on Twitter, and said, “Dubai is creating a new model for the future government, where customers play a pivotal role as strategic partners in designing government services.”

How to use the ’04 Platform online’

- Choose the category that best fits your feedback or complaint – Complaint, Suggest, or Comment – by clicking on the button with an arrow icon.
- Next, provide the details of your case. Type in your feedback or complaint, select the relevant government entity and enter your mobile number.
- Once you have completed these steps, you will receive a reference number that you can use to track your case and any follow-up enquiries.
If you file a complaint, you also have the option to submit a suggestion to improve the service you complained about. We value your input and are always looking for ways to improve our services.
While it is not mandatory, you can also record a voice note or attach supporting documents to your submission. This will help us better understand your feedback or complaint and provide you with a more effective resolution.
