The Yas Canal residential project in Al Raha Beach has been approved by Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The Dh3.5 billion project, which is being managed by the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Centre for Projects and Infrastructure and the ICT Real Estate Development Company, will comprise 1,146 residential villas for UAE nationals. It should be finished in the final quarter of 2027.
Sheikh Khaled emphasized that the residential project is a reflection of the leadership’s dedication to providing Abu Dhabi’s Emirati families with high-quality housing that is tailored to their needs, ensuring their general well-being and quality of life, and promoting social stability to support the emirate’s continued development.
ICT Real Estate Development Company is in charge of the project’s design, construction, and infrastructure for the Yas Canal residential project, which is a public-private partnership overseen by the Abu Dhabi Centre for Projects and Infrastructure. The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority and the sales of residential units allotted to UAE nationals are managed jointly.
The 1.8 square kilometer Yas Canal residential project has 10,000 square meters of shops and amenities spread across three mosques, a school, a gym, and villas. On plots ranging from 600 to 780 square meters, the project offers three- to six-bedroom villas with sizes between 350 and 525 square meters.
Villas in the Yas Canal residential development are available for purchase by UAE nationals who have been granted housing loans by the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority. The project provides a wide variety of architectural styles.
