To maintain its growth, A Brown Co. Inc. is stepping up its power and residential projects in addition to finishing its Tanay electron beam and cold storage facility.
According to Brown, the company is about to open vertical residences like the Highlands Fairway Suites in Butuan and The Royale and The Navy Towers at Coral Bay Suites in Misamis Oriental.
The 280-hectare Mountain Pines Farm Estates in Bukidnon and the 300-hectare Epic Mountain Estate in Tanay, Rizal are two township developments on which the company is concentrating its efforts.
Property developer A Brown, situated in Mindanao, has a varied portfolio of both residential and commercial real estate projects.
In addition, the business has dabbled in agribusiness, public utilities, and power generation—industries that are thought to offer the business a reliable stream of income regularly.
A Brown is actively developing greenfield power projects to add to its portfolio of energy projects, in addition to its residential projects.
According to the company, the 450-megawatt LNG power project in Simlong, Batangas City, is being developed by Vires Energy Corp.
On the other hand, Northmin Renewables Corp. is making headway with the wind power projects in Misor and Bukidnon.
The business is getting ready to launch the wind monitoring program later this year.
By the end of the next month, its subsidiary, Irradiation Solutions Inc. (ISI), plans to start charging for its e-beam and cold storage facility in Tanay, Rizal.
Starting in the following year, ISI is expected to improve A Brown’s financial results.
With P1.44 billion raised from the sale of its second tranche of preferred shares, A Brown completed its largest capital raising exercise to date at the beginning of this year.
“Our success in 2023 was made possible by the support and confidence of our financial partners, brokers, sales producers, and all stakeholders. We look forward to sharing our accomplishments with you in 2024,” said Robertino Pizarro, president and CEO of A Brown.
