The fastest-growing private real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates, Danube Properties, has unveiled two new projects: Eleganz, which will provide 259 stylish and elegant townhouses and apartments at the Jumeirah Village Circle, and Sportz, a stylish 39-story tower that will deliver 1,100 apartments in Dubai Sports City.
Since the developer entered the real estate market in June 2014, Sportz is the 27th project that it has announced, and it is the 12th project that it has unveiled in the previous 22 months. Following the full sale of two of the project’s three towers—the Oceanz project was first announced in September of this year—an announcement was made. Danube Properties’ seventh project of the year is Sportz.
The Dubai Fitness Challenge, supported by Dubai’s Crown Prince, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, exhorts citizens to put their health and wellbeing first. Danube Properties was pushed to build a community like Sportz by Sheikh Hamdan’s vision of a fitness-focused community that inspires people to live active, healthy lives and cultivates a culture of wellness and vitality in the city.
With its unparalleled sports amenities—which include an Olympic-sized lap pool, a trampoline area, table tennis, wall climbing, and a sky jogging track—Sportz by the Danube establishes a new standard for real estate developments. Sportz will also provide coaching and mentoring as one of the extra features. This project will serve as a prime example of Danube Properties’ dedication to providing Dubai residents with a dynamic, active lifestyle.
Customers can reserve a property at Eleganz by paying a 40% down payment and the remaining 1% on a monthly basis. With the fully furnished properties, they can begin making guaranteed returns of 6% almost immediately. This is the first ready-to-move-in project that Danube Properties has listed for sale.
The combined development value of Danube Properties’ 27 projects, which now total more than Dh 15.47 billion, will be 14,888 units when these two new projects are added to the portfolio.
“The twin launches reflect a strong commitment of Danube Properties to the UAE economy, which is one of the fastest-growing economies in the region,” Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, said. “Real estate is still one of the most lucrative and sustainable asset classes for investors who want to make the best use of the asset that offers a high return on investment.”
“With Eleganz, we tested the ready-to-move-in market segment while all other projects have been on the off-line market. This reflects our ability to build and deliver projects with our financial resources and makes Danube Properties one of the most sustainable developers in this part of the world.”
After the initial deposits, all Danube Properties’ homes include 40+ amenities and a revolutionary one percent monthly payment plan, which makes home ownership and acquisition more appealing and affordable.
Danube Properties will launch and construct two projects this year, Jewelz and Olivz, in addition to launching other projects. Additionally, the majority of the projects that were started in 2022 and 2023 are finished and delivered ahead of schedule.
“Homes at Sportz will take lifestyle to a completely new level with state-of-the-art Sports amenities like never before that will offer a luxury and larger-than-life lifestyle to homeowners who will be pampered with the best of the best that is available in the market,” Rizwan Sajan says.
In keeping with the UAE’s pledge to sustainability ahead of COP28, the apartments in Sportz and Eleganz will be smart, energy-efficient, and sustainable homes. In addition to providing an instant initial sale contract on-site, Danube Properties offers a 10-year Golden Visa, subject to government approval, to qualified individuals who meet the investment criteria.
Danube Properties, one of the most prosperous developers in the United Arab Emirates with the greatest launch-to-delivery ratio, has completed the construction of Bayz, Glamz, Starz, Resortz, Elz, Lawnz, and Wavez. This year, it plans to complete two more projects. The people who have purchased units in each of these projects are really appreciative of them.
