With a total investment of EGP 2.5 billion, ASALDI Properties’ flagship project Shades is the first of its kind to enter the Egyptian market. Within the next five years, the company wants to invest EGP 10 billion.
ASALDI Properties is an expert in office and commercial real estate. ASALDI Properties founder Hany Al Assal stated, “The Egyptian market is promising and full of opportunities that can be exploited at the moment.”
Mohamed Hany Al Assal, the co-founder and owner of ASALDI Properties, said, “The Egyptian real estate sector is a significant market with genuine and strong demand.” He added that the project’s investment value is EGP 2.5bn.
Shades, with a built-up area of 48,000 square meters and a leasable area of more than 18,000 square meters, is the company’s first commercial and administrative project in East Cairo. The project has four floors with more than 400 parking spaces in addition to offices, clinics, restaurants, shops, and entertainment areas.
The company has started operations and sales on the Shades project in December 2023, and the project is anticipated to be finished by the end of 2025.
