In the first half of 2023, 786 properties in the emirate were valued at AED4.6 billion, according to the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman.
The assets included commercial, residential, industrial, and agricultural ones, with commercial ones having the greatest valuation at AED2.7 billion, followed by industrial properties at AED1.2 billion, according to Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department.
The department’s bi-annual real estate report comprised 574 transactions totaling AED1.9 billion in personal valuation transactions as well as valuations for courts, institutions, and long-term golden residency for investors.
