You can focus your search by utilising the rental location map tool provided by the Dubai Land Department if you are spending hours online trying to find the best neighbourhood in Dubai to move into that matches your preferences with regard to price, lifestyle, and other factors (DLD).
The DLD rental map will provide you with a free estimate of the typical rent in a residential area after you choose the neighbourhood, property type (villa or apartment), and the number of rooms.
How to use the rental location map
- Go to this website for more information: dubailand.gov.ae/en/eservices/rental-index click the “Access this Service” option from the DLD website.
- Choose the “Location Map” category next.
- The map of Dubai and the residential neighbourhoods in the Emirate can then be seen.
- You need to magnify the map in order to find the area you’re looking for.
- For example, click the Al Hudaiba location on the map if you’re interested in relocating there.
- After deciding on a location, you may narrow down your search by choosing a villa or apartment and the number of bedrooms.
- Click the ‘Display Result’ button.
- Following that, the DLD rental location map will display the neighbourhood’s average rent for the kind of residential unit you have chosen, such as a studio apartment or a villa with three bedrooms.
Only an estimate of the neighbourhood’s average rent will be shown on the rental location map. Moreover, the costs for water, electricity and other housing-related fees are not included in this price.
