His Majesty Sharjah’s ruler and Supreme Council member, Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, has authorized an extra AED 100 million in compensation for owners of older homes in the Al Madam neighborhood who were previously given new homes.
The owners of 200 old homes that were replaced with new ones had already received compensation from His Highness in the amount of AED 250,000 each home.
His Highness has given families who have moved into their new homes more support by approving the new amount, which brings the total compensation for each residence to AED 750,000.
