Based in the United Arab Emirates The renowned architectural and engineering firm AE7 has been appointed as the consultant for One Development’s flagship AED2 billion ($544 million) project, which is scheduled to be unveiled in Dubai’s City of Arabia. One Development is an international boutique real estate developer.
As per the agreement, AE7 will oversee all facets of the development’s master planning. They will also be in charge of the project management, architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, AI innovation integration, development management, mechanical and electrical engineering, and integrated sustainability practices for this soon-to-be-unveiled project.
With a track record of excellence, AE7 is a top-50 global building, design, and construction firm worth billions of dollars.
Seven internationally recognized American designers with over 40 years of experience designing and building destinations in the US, Asia, and the Middle East founded it in 2009. They had nearly 20 years of experience.
With six offices across the globe, the company has expanded into a full-service architectural group that offers specialized expertise. In the last five years, it has designed and managed more than $40 billion worth of design work.
One Development’s founder and chairman, Ali Al Gebely, announced the important contract award, calling it a cooperative milestone between two organizations with similar goals.
