Real estate developer Ajmal Makan, based in the United Arab Emirates, has declared that 85% of the work on its flagship projects, Blue Pearls and Blue Waves, which are part of the vast Ajmal Makan City – Sharjah Waterfront project, is finished.
Ajmal Makan provided an update on the project, stating that most of the units in “Blue Pearls” and all of the residential units in “Blue Waves” have been sold out.
The original plan called for project handover by the fourth quarter of 2025, but with the work nearing its conclusion, both projects are probably going to be finished by the first quarter of 2025.
The Ajmal Makan-Sharjah Waterfront is unique in that it is in a prime location that provides easy access to the emirate’s main tourist attractions and necessities.
These waterfront developments provide a variety of amenities, including retail stores, corporate offices, restaurants, coffee shops, and leisure areas with views of the beach, in addition to breathtaking views.
Furthermore, the projects mark significant turning points in the development of Sharjah’s quickly expanding real estate market, the statement added.
