Modon introduced Maysan, a posh freehold residential complex on Reem Island. Mayar and Thoraya are the two districts included in the project’s initial phase. The project, which spans more than 600,000 square meters, was designed with boutique-style indoor and outdoor living in mind.

The gated community where the four-story maisonettes are situated has a large spine park with beautiful walking paths.
Thoraya, the second district, blends modern architecture with a feeling of neighborhood. Its 184 townhomes are situated within a private, secure entrance and are constructed with tasteful materials. To provide a balance between leisure and recreation, the district will have a gym, children’s play areas, and communal gardens.
