The first group of homeowners at the AED15 billion ($4.1 billion) mega island development, Nad Al Dhabi village, have taken possession of 44 residential units, marking a significant milestone for Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
One of Jubail Island’s six villages, Nad Al Dhabi provides its citizens with carefully considered residential choices and amenities. In the fourth quarter of this year, a community center and a mosque will be added to this village.
To meet the needs of the entire village, the community center will have majlis, a leisure pool, a gym, a room for fitness classes, a multipurpose community space, an indoor kid’s playroom, a kid’s pool, a kid’s playground, multiple sports courts, and retail areas.
According to JIIC, the handover milestone represents a major accomplishment for the island’s construction. It demonstrates LEAD Real Estate Developer’s dedication to completing and delivering what is expected to be the area’s premier community on schedule.
LEAD Development will continue to turn over units to homeowners every month as part of the overall project delivery, using a carefully thought-out phased approach.
According to the statement, this guarantees efficiency, gives homeowners individualized care and attention, and facilitates a seamless move-in process.
JIIC Corporate Director Engineer Abdulla Saeed Al Shamsi said: “We are excited to be reaching a key milestone in the journey of Jubail Island’s development, which showcases our ongoing dedication to achieving targets and delivery timelines.”
“Our team worked tirelessly, along with the consultants and contractors, to meticulously complete construction works across the island, adhering to the highest quality standards. We are confident that the units will reflect our commitment to excellence and will meet homeowners’ expectations,” he noted.
Al Shamsi took great satisfaction in helping Abu Dhabi’s urban plan come to pass by offering a concrete illustration of how creative design results in extraordinary living conditions for island residents.
“Jubail Island redefines ultra luxury living and contributes to the Emirate’s ever-evolving real estate landscape, solidifying its position as an ideal choice for living and investment and a gateway to an exceptional lifestyle. With homeowners recognising the island’s unique value proposition, we were able to sell all the residential units offered on the island,” he added.
Plots, mansions, villas, townhouses, and apartments are just a few of the options available to homeowners and investors on Jubail Island. Everything is situated within the natural ecosystem of mangrove waterways.
Eco-conscious design is at the forefront of the project’s development because the infrastructure is constructed to protect the ground for invasive greenery and environmental management systems are in place to protect the natural elements.
In the first quarter of 2023, LEAD Development successfully started transferring land plot title deeds to owners. Many have already started building their waterfront homes. Additionally, in 2023, the island’s infrastructure was finished.
“The handover is just the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Jubail Island, as we have recently unveiled Bada Al Jubail, an exclusive waterfront hideaway with a limited number of mansions set to be the most prestigious residential properties in Abu Dhabi,” stated Al Shamsi.
