The newest twin buildings are being built on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, and they will have one of the most recognizable brands.
By building 754 branded residences, the “Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers” will continue the heritage established by the “Emirates Towers” branding.
Meraas, a division of Dubai Holding Real Estate, is the source of the project.
The starting price for a one-bedroom flat is Dh3.5 million. The project is expected to be finished in 2030.
Views of Downtown Dubai and the Museum of the Future are available from the location, “with each residence crafted to ensure complete privacy.” The towers will have a “distinctive” cantilevered architectural form and were designed by SCDA Architects. (The cantilever was also used at the twin towers of One Za’abeel.)
Private entrance
A ‘double-height lobby, tranquil garden courtyard and lounge’ can be accessed by a private entry beneath the cantilever.
Three premium sky terraces with landscaped lounges, outdoor entertainment areas, and infinity-edge pools will be part of the construction.
“Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers represents the evolution of Dubai’s luxury living landscape, where world-class design meets unparalleled hospitality,” said Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate.
“By integrating Jumeirah’s legendary service standards with innovative architectural design, we are setting new benchmarks for premium residential offerings that reflect Dubai’s position as a global destination of choice.”
La Mer and Madinat Jumeirah Living are two of Meraas’s upscale residential and mixed-use complexes. The upscale Bvlgari Residences, Bluewaters Residences, Nikki Beach Residences, City Walk Residences, Central Park at City Walk, and Villa Amalfi are among the other neighborhoods in Meraas.
The ‘Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers’ is a noteworthy addition to the portfolio.
“Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers marks the next chapter in our growth journey, showcasing the future of the Jumeirah brand through intentional design, mindful living and holistic wellbeing,” said Thomas Meier, CEO of Jumeirah.
“With a growing focus on branded residences designed to elevate and inspire living well every day, this development reinforces our leadership in luxury hospitality, rooted in the spirit of Arabian hospitality.”Future residents will benefit from Jumeirah’s hospitality services, including access to bespoke wellness treatments, personal fitness coaching, 24-hour concierge and vehicle management.
