According to official data, the value of real estate transactions in Ajman during the first three months of 2024 was AED1.92bn ($523m).
The Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, disclosed that 400 real estate valuation transactions totaling more than AED1.92 billion ($523 million) were registered in the most recent quarterly real estate report.
Al Muhairi reported a noteworthy increase in transactions about personal valuation, amounting to 129% more than during the corresponding period in 2023.

Notably, the department documented 277 real estate valuation transactions totaling AED669 million ($182 million) for investors with golden visas.
He clarified that the numbers from the first quarter of 2024 show the real estate market in Ajman’s sustained momentum. This market is expected to continue growing due to the emirate’s economic amenities, varied attractions, and favorable investment climate.
The value of commercial real estate valuation transactions increased by 10.34%, to a total that was higher than AED1.4bn ($406m) than that of residential real estate transactions, which were valued at AED317.5m ($86m).
Third place was secured by industrial real estate transactions totaling AED 164 million ($45 million).
