On Jumeira Bay island, homes at the Bulgari Lighthouse continue to fetch high prices.
The development, which has already broken several records for the most expensive transactions in Dubai, has sold its last two penthouses for a total of more than Dh282 million.
The 11,657-square-foot, five-bedroom first home sold for Dh146.6 million, while the second one sold for Dh136.25 million.
The ‘coral-inspired façade’ of Bulgari Lighthouse, which was designed by Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel, protects each residence ‘while framing unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf and Downtown’s cityscape’.
Private infinity pools may be found on terraces, and “hand-laid silk panelling, warm oak, and Italian marble finish the double-height salons.”
Kianoush Darban and Lina Allaoa of Driven | Forbes Global Properties mediated the deals. The pair has established several records for Jumeira Bay, such as the greatest price per square foot attained by the most costly property there.
“Dubai offers our international clients two things they value most: a secure place to allocate their capital and an unbeatable way of life,” said Lina. “Bulgari Lighthouse unites those advantages in a single address, blending sound investment with everyday opulence.”
Less than 40 apartments make up the tower, and according to Darban, Lighthouse is “arguably the most coveted address in Dubai” with “amenities that rival a private resort.”
