With 20% of the work now finished, DHG Properties, a renowned real estate development firm that has been a part of DHG Holding for more than thirty years, has stated that it is making good progress on Helvetia Residences, its first project in Dubai.
Modern acoustic systems at the Helvetia Residences in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) give prospective residents the utmost solitude by removing noise from nearby residences or hallways.
Furthermore, the project’s ventilation networks are being designed with a streamlined, linear style that combines beauty and functionality—an aspect of regional real estate that is sometimes disregarded, according to the statement.
Additionally, European-inspired kitchens are being combined with fully functional Bosch appliances, Italian Mermer marble will be used throughout the reception and a few other areas, including travertine slabs and Armani bronze finishes in bathrooms and powder rooms, and Spanish ceramics have been imported from Valencia to add sophistication to every bathroom.
When DHG Group first started entering new markets, the UAE was a clear choice because of the nation’s unique concentration on important industries, particularly real estate, according to COO Milena Stevovic, who provided an update on the project.
“Our overarching goal has been to strengthen the DHG brand and simultaneously work side-by-side with the nation to elevate its real estate standing on both a regional and global scale. Our Swiss specialists will ensure that this ambitious vision to offer more than just a home aligns with our execution,” she stated.
“Helvetia Residences is about introducing a lifestyle of unparalleled quality, functionality, comfort, and value – not just aesthetics. By involving Swiss experts and sourcing premium European materials, we aim to bring added value to Dubai’s competitive real estate market, setting new standards for premium living,” she added.
In order to ensure that Swiss quality standards are applied throughout the project, Stevovic stated that the DHG Group will be establishing ten Helvetia Residence showcase units as a pilot project. This will act as a practical demonstration for regional contractors.
Additionally, it will give prospective purchasers an up-close look at the superior workmanship and inventiveness that characterize Helvetia Residences.
She claims that ten Swiss experts have come to the emirate to finish these showpiece apartments’ interiors.
Together with Swiss accuracy and European quality, the committed group of Swiss artisans contributes their knowledge of flooring options, wall and ceiling treatments, tiling, carpentry, upholstery, lighting design, and acoustic treatments to Dubai’s cutthroat real estate market.
“These experts have worked on several notable DHG developments across Europe and are now providing existing buyers, potential investors, and end-users with a glimpse of what the DHG’s JVC-located flagship project will entail; a premium living experience and elevated lifestyle,” she explained.
Helvetia Residences will be prepared for handover in H1 2026, she noted, with construction already underway.
