A new phase of City Walk Crestlane, a residential complex offering panoramic views overlooking the water, has been announced by Meraas, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Real Estate.

According to the Dubai developer, this phase shows the robust investor reaction to City Walk Crestlane, reaffirming Meraas’ status as a developer revolutionizing urban living in Dubai through carefully planned, lifestyle-led communities.

The new City Walk Crestlane phase offers a sophisticated take on modern living and consists of two residential towers with a total of 198 premium flats.

The aspirational building offers a range of modern one- to three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom duplexes with private terraces, and five-bedroom penthouses with double-height living spaces, all with views of the Dubai skyline.

According to the statement, each home is intended to offer a peaceful haven surrounded by verdant vegetation and calm water features.

It is well situated in City Walk, close to Jumeirah Beach, the DIFC, Downtown Dubai, and Dubai Airport.

A mix of mid-rise and high-rise structures make up the City Walk Crestlane concept, which consists of 22 residential buildings with 2,625 residential apartments dispersed over 365,676 square meters.

It also has sections set out for shopping, entertainment, and open spaces, offering modern luxury living right in the middle of the city.

Additionally, it stated that residents have easy access to all main locations and famous sites through important road networks and highways, such as Al Safa, Al Wasl, Al Enjaz, and Al Multaqa streets.

The two new apartment towers, which are part of City Walk’s first waterfront neighborhood, feature a cinema room, a special indoor kids’ club, and spacious double-height greeting and lounge areas.
