The first phase of Aldar’s new nature-inspired project in Dubai, which consists of 734 villas in The Wilds, has sold out, generating AED5 billion ($1.38 billion), which the company referred to as its “most successful launch in terms of value.”
On February 19, Aldar held a number of domestic and international sales events to introduce villas with three, four, and five bedrooms. In collaboration with Dubai Holding, this is the third development in Dubai by the Abu Dhabi real estate behemoth.
The start attracted a wide range of customers with endurance residents and buyers overseas, earning 92% of sales. Buyers in India, China and the UK have created three best nationalities through sales volumes in the wilderness.
Over half of buyers (52%) are under the age of 45, indicating a strong demand for wells and family-oriented lifestyles. The first buyer of Aldar properties won 85% of sales, highlighting an increase in customer base selection and calls to Aldar in Dubai.
Talal Al Dhiyebi, CEO of the group near Aldar, commented. Wild’s success is a milestone for Aldar as he further expands his footprint in Dubai.
“With AED5 billion confirmed in sales, this development marks our most successful launch in terms of value and highlights Dubai’s attractiveness as one of the world’s foremost destinations to both invest and reside. As a long-term investor in the emirate, we will capitalise on its growing economy, rising population, and our strong customer insights to ensure we are a market leader for years to come.”
Wiles has around 1,700 homes surrounded by Oko corridors and green spaces, offering privacy in the natural world.
In the next phase of the project, Aldar is designing the five-bedroom and six-bedroom villas of Nabil Gholam, a world-renowned Lebanese architect and apartment with 1-3 bedrooms.
