The Al Habtoor Group, a trailblazer in the real estate and construction sectors, has declared that over 30% of the work on its high-end, luxurious project in Dubai, Al Habtoor Tower, has already been finished.
With its 100-meter-deep barette foundations, a world record, Al Habtoor Tower is poised to become a new landmark on Dubai’s skyline. In just its first year of construction, it has broken all previous construction records.
The project’s unique six-day floor cycle time for above-ground construction demonstrates the quick speed and efficiency that were maintained despite the challenging structural requirements.
According to The Habtoor Group, this historic project was raising the bar for excellence in both architectural design and construction.
Thanks to the experience of over 2,000 workers overseen by renowned German and Chinese construction companies employing state-of-the-art construction techniques, the project has reached 33 percent completion and accumulated over 2.5 million working hours without any accidents, according to the Emirati group.
Global engineering giants like SETEC France, Imperial College London, and Structural San Francisco have all peer-reviewed the structural designs to make sure Al Habtoor Tower satisfies all requirements.
Habtoor claims that in just eight months, the team managed to preserve 24,000 square meters of pre-existing floor slabs while constructing roughly 6 km of barrettes, or 90 m deep shear walls, and 1 km of circular piles.
This project’s creative approach to preserving continuity and integrity in high-demand construction scenarios is highlighted by its quick progress.
Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, the Group’s Founding Chairman, is renowned for his work on iconic projects like the Officers’ Club in Abu Dhabi, the Burj Al Arab, and Dubai’s main airport terminals. He makes sure that this opulent skyscraper is built with the same dedication to quality.
“Reaching 33% completion within just one year of construction is a momentous achievement that underscores the project’s groundbreaking architectural features and innovative construction techniques used in its development,” stated Khalaf Ahmad.
“Al Habtoor Tower is not just a building; it represents the capabilities and innovation at the core of Dubai’s construction industry. We are setting a global benchmark for others to follow, emphasising our commitment to sustainability and cutting-edge engineering,” he added.
The Al Habtoor Tower is the first building in the world, not just in Dubai, to use innovative selective construction techniques. With an eye toward LEED Platinum Certification, this strategy expedites the building process while drastically reducing carbon emissions.
With 24 high-speed elevators that can move at a speed of seven meters per second, the tower will be served by the fastest vertical transportation system in the world.
Al Habtoor Tower, which is expected to be the largest residential structure in the world, offers opulent living combined with cutting-edge features, according to Khalaf Ahmad.
The tower provides stunning, unobstructed panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa, Business Bay, the Arabian Gulf, and Sheikh Zayed Road. It is located within Al Habtoor City on Sheikh Zayed Road, close to the Dubai Water Canal and DIFC.
He continued, It offers an unmatched living experience with the tallest terraced gardens and multiple pool decks.
“Our legacy is built on trust and an unwavering commitment to excellence,” remarked Mohammed Al Habtoor, the Vice Chairman and CEO.
“With Al Habtoor Tower, we offer more than homes; we are creating a legacy of luxury, innovation, and sustainability, redefining what luxury living should be,” he noted.
He claims residents will have access to first-rate amenities and an unrivaled luxury lifestyle.
The development is a part of Al Habtoor City, which combines leisure, entertainment, and residential luxury into one of Dubai’s most sought-after addresses. Other features of the complex include three luxury hotels, La Perle by Dragone, the only permanent aqua theatre show in the region, and a variety of gourmet restaurants.
Al Habtoor Group’s commitment to environmental responsibility is evident in every stage of the building of Al Habtoor Tower.
According to him, the project follows green building principles and establishes new benchmarks for sustainable urban development by utilizing the best materials and a top-down approach.
