Ashley Hills, a new residential development in Dubai, has been launched by TownX, a real estate developer located in the United Arab Emirates.
The AED662 million ($180 million) building, spanning over 400,000 square feet of sellable space and situated on one of Arjan’s largest land holdings, is expected to be a significant addition to the Dubai real estate market.
Ashley Hills will have 616 residential apartments that are intended to satisfy the needs of families and investors seeking high-quality living areas, according to TownX.
It appeals to a broad spectrum of purchasers since it provides a selection of apartment options, all of which are constructed with roomy interiors and contemporary conveniences.
Arjan, which is located in a rapidly developing area of Dubai, has excellent access to major roads, such as Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road.
According to the developer, the area’s expanding infrastructure—which includes parks, shopping malls, schools, and recreational facilities—makes it the perfect place for people looking for convenience and a good lifestyle.

A 40/60 payment plan, which requires 40% to be paid during construction and 60% at handover, and a 70/30 payment plan, which requires 70% during construction and 30% at handover, are the two flexible payment plans that the Emirati developer is providing to make purchasing more accessible.
TownX claimed that since its founding in 2017, it has concentrated on completing projects on time and with meticulous attention to detail.
