Hayat, a brand-new, 10 million-square-foot master-planned community, has been unveiled by Dubai South Properties.
The construction is situated close to the current Al Maktoum International Airport terminal in Dubai South’s Golf District. There will be over 2,500 residential units in Hayat by Dubai South.
Due to its advantageous location, Hayat provides quick access to important thoroughfares and commercial centers, such as Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, Emirates Road, Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai South Free Zone, and Al Maktoum International Airport.
The development’s initial phase is expected to be finished in Q2 2028.
