According to Hazem Badran, the managing director and co-CEO of Palm Hills Development Company, the company is thinking of building residential projects in Jeddah, Riyadh, and the northern region of Saudi Arabia, Asharq Business has learned.
Badran stated that after stabilizing over the previous three months, his company does not anticipate a short-term increase in Egyptian real estate prices.
Palm Hills declared on August 4th that it was launching a new business in Saudi Arabia.
