Urban Planning for the development of Neighborhood 12 D (NH 12 D) will include over 300 high-end residential units spread across 56,166 square meters in Sultan Haitham City, Oman.
Sultan Haitham City, a megadevelopment on a 15-million-square-meter plot, will include 20,000 residential units, key modern lifestyle amenities, and plenty of green space.
Sultan Haitham City’s model focuses on sustainable lifestyles and an architectural vision that accommodates all segments of society, providing access to all social and recreational facilities and instilling a sense of belonging.
The city will concentrate on 12 global standards for quality of life and welfare. According to Oman News Agency, the criteria include affordable costs, advanced integrated facilities, and modern lifestyles.
It will house 100,000 people and feature over 2.9 million square meters of green space. These housing units will be spread across 19 neighborhoods, with various facilities and services available to residents.
Adrak Developers stated that under the agreement with the Oman Ministry, the Neighbourhood 12 D project, a landmark addition to Sultan Haitham City, will be built for RO38.7 million.
The Development Agreement was signed during the Oman Design & Build Exhibition 2024, which was held at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Dr Khalfan bin Said Al Shueili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, and other dignitaries signed the agreement at the Oman Design & Build Exhibition 2024 in Muscat.
On the project, Al Adrak Group’s vision, Chairman Dr Thomas Alexander said: “Neighborhood 12 D embodies our vision for creating luxurious living spaces that elevate Muscat’s residential landscape.”
