The total number of sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for residential units during the same period was QR50,257,146, while the volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Ministry of Justice’s Real Estate Registration Department reached QR292,863,618.
According to the Department’s weekly bulletin, unoccupied lands, residential dwellings, apartment complexes, stores, and residential units were among the properties listed for sale.
In addition to the Pearl, Lusail 69, and Dafna 60, the sales operations were centered in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Khor and Al Dhakira, Al Dhaayen, Umm Salal, Al Wakrah, and Al Shamal.
Over QR391 million was traded in real estate contracts recorded with the Ministry of Justice’s Real Estate Registration Department between November 17 and 21.
