Between November 3 and November 7, 2024, a total of QR158,253,368 worth of real estate transactions were recorded in sales contracts with the Ministry of Justice’s Real Estate Registration Department.
During the same time period, a total of QR32,690,895 in sales contracts for residential units were published in the real estate bulletin.
The list of items traded for sale comprised unoccupied lands, homes, residential buildings, a residential building, and residential units, according to the Department’s weekly report.
In addition to The Pearl, Legtaifiya, Ghar Thuaileb, and Lusail 96, the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Khor and Al Dhakira, Al Shamal, Umm Salal, Al Dhaayen, and Al Wakrah were the main locations for the sales operations.
Between October 20 and 24, the Ministry of Justice’s Real Estate Registration Department recorded a total of QR 352,913,497 in real estate transactions through sales contracts.
