Nourelle, a unique new home in Madinat Jumeirah Living, has been unveiled by Meraas, a division of Dubai Holding Real Estate.
With its elegant selection of residences characterized by striking architecture, expansive vistas, and wellness-focused services, Nourelle, which is centrally located in Jumeirah, enhances Meraas’s position in the luxury real estate market.
According to a release from Meraas, Nourelle is a part of a carefully planned three-building residential project. The first building will have 66 units spread across a 12-story structure.
This includes apartments with 27 one-, 28 two-, 10 three-, and one four-bedroom, all of which have floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light and provide sweeping views of the neighborhood.
Meraas claims that the distinctive skybridge, which links Nourelle’s three towers with beautifully designed sky gardens, is a defining feature.
According to the statement, these raised oasis improve community connectivity while adding a striking new shape to the Dubai cityscape.
According to the statement, residents will have access to a state-of-the-art gym, yoga decks, an infinity pool, kid-friendly play areas, and well-planned communal gardens.
The developer from Dubai noted that each home was finished with carefully selected materials that blend classic style with long-lasting durability.
It claimed that the same philosophy permeates lounges, common areas, and lobbies, guaranteeing a feeling of sophistication at every touchpoint.
Meraas claims that Nourelle blends exclusivity with connectedness. With landscaped parks and walking areas, residents will have a tranquil, pedestrian-friendly setting that is only a short distance from Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai Media City, and Dubai International Airport, the statement continued.
