Bonds Avenue Residences, the first project of UAE-based Amirah Developments, was formally inaugurated yesterday, June 25, in the Dubai Islands, a new waterfront attraction between the Gold Souq and the emirate’s historic downtown Deira neighborhood.

Bonds Avenue Residences, one of Dubai’s most revolutionary master-planned coastal communities, is tucked away in the center of Dubai Islands and raises the bar for upscale waterfront living.

A carefully chosen selection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom townhouses and triplexes, and luxurious four-bedroom penthouses will all be available at Bonds Avenue Residences.

With starting costs ranging from AED1.63 million to AED9.95 million and unit sizes ranging from 810 square feet to 4,416 square feet, investors and end users will have a variety of alternatives.

The homes feature corner-less, flowing layouts that defy traditional design restrictions, all while maximizing space and natural light. According to the developer, panoramic windows enhance daily life with breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf’s turquoise waves and Dubai’s famous skyline.

According to the statement, the property offers residents a smooth fusion of luxury, comfort, and connectedness by fusing eye-catching architectural forms with roomy, practical interiors.

Just one month after the project’s debut, this groundbreaking signifies the start of the project’s construction. Senior management, founding members, strategic partners, and important stakeholders, such as the principal contractor and project consultants, were present.

The occasion represents the company’s steadfast dedication to influencing Dubai’s changing urban landscape through classic design and environmentally friendly, neighborhood-focused living.

“Bonds Avenue Residences is more than just a development; it is a living testament to our promise of delivering sophistication, innovation, and enduring value,” said Muhammad Yousuf Jafrani, the founder and chairman, in a statement marking the occasion. Today, we begin the process of developing an address that will transform coastal living for future generations.

Infinity pools, peaceful wellness areas, specialized yoga decks, lush gardens, padel courts, and kid-friendly play areas are just a few of the top-notch amenities that residents will have exclusive access to, according to Jafrani.

According to him, the design concept prioritizes the well-being of the community, creating an atmosphere that supports the success of both individuals and families.
