In Dubai’s City of Arabia, One Development, a domestically grown international boutique developer with offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, is about to unveil its flagship Dh2 billion project.
One Development said in a statement on Thursday that the project, which is ideally situated in the center of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Road in the City of Arabia, will be the first residential community with AI integration in the UAE.
According to the statement, the launch coincides with the UAE’s ongoing attraction of foreign investors looking for exceptional opportunities. Timelines and specifics of the project were kept a secret.
