Within the Saadiyat Cultural District, Aldar has announced the opening of The Row Saadiyat, a boutique residential and lifestyle area that gives inhabitants a prime location with a view of the Zayed National Museum.
The complex, which was created by the internationally recognized architects BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group), raises the standard for modern living and community planning in Abu Dhabi.
Seven mid-rise structures with two parking levels and nine stories each may be found in The Row Saadiyat. Beginning on November 1, 315 apartments with one, two, or three bedrooms will be for sale in the first phase. The ground floors are devoted to wellness, food, and lifestyle themes, and the interiors were created by the acclaimed firm Kettle Collective.
The residences, which are surrounded by some of the most recognizable monuments in the United Arab Emirates, will provide views of the Zayed National Museum by Foster + Partners and are close to the Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi, the Louvre Abu Dhabi, and the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi. Residents will also have direct access to Saadiyat Grove and Mamsha Beach via air-conditioned and shaded pedestrian bridges, bringing art, recreation, and culture together in one neighborhood.
A dual lifestyle idea known as “connect to disconnect” lies at the core of The Row Saadiyat, striking a balance between the solitude and tranquility above and the social liveliness at street level. A wellness club, children’s clubs, wellness pods, a pet spa, co-working spaces, and a distinctive common area called The Other Space—a location for art pop-ups and community gatherings—are just a few of the carefully chosen amenities available to residents.
