Today, Aldar announced the opening of 450 townhomes in the family-friendly Al Deem neighborhood, northeast of Yas Island, that are only available to UAE citizens. The townhomes, which will go on sale on September 12th, are carefully planned to combine modern living with traditional Emirati values.
These townhomes, which prioritize comfort and space, come with three or four bedrooms. To maximize privacy and convenience, each unit has a majlis and numerous entrances. With private living quarters on the first floor and commercial space on the ground floor, the community offers 26 three-bedroom live-work residences, the first of its kind in the United Arab Emirates.
The residences, which make up the seventh cluster in the master plan, are located within the larger Al Deem neighborhood, which was once known as Balghaiylam. Under Abu Dhabi’s national housing program in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, more than 1,700 homes are being built across the first six clusters. This launch offers Emirati buyers a special chance to own a home near loved ones who bought in the earlier phases.
Furthermore, two new bridges will link the neighborhood to Yas Island, providing easy access to its top-notch dining options, entertainment, and recreational opportunities, such as Yas Marina, Ferrari World, Yas Mall, and Yas Waterworld, in addition to a short commute to Zayed International Airport and the rest of Abu Dhabi.
