With the unveiling of its AED 2 billion ($544 million) Dubai development, Binghatti Skyblade, a leading UAE developer, has brought its global vision to Istanbul, Turkey, following its historic international launches beneath the Pyramids of Giza and along Egypt’s North Coast in El Alamein.
The Binghatti Skyblade is a striking architectural statement situated on Burj Khalifa Boulevard, the most prominent address in Downtown Dubai.
Among the 621 residences in the project are Royal Suites, upscale studios with private jacuzzis, and upscale two- and three-bedroom Royal apartments with private pools.
Residents will have sweeping views of the Burj Khalifa and the surrounding Downtown Dubai skyline from the tower’s Infinity Sky Pool at its summit, according to the statement.
The five-star Rixos Tersane Istanbul, overlooking the Bosphorus Sea and Golden Horn, hosted a lavish dinner to mark the inauguration of the international initiative.
More than 2,000 notable people attended the event, including dignitaries, corporate executives, investors, and cultural icons.
Hollywood icon Terry Crews served as the event’s host, lending star power and charm to an already remarkable occasion. An exquisite gala meal with a live orchestra was served to the guests, fostering an ambiance of refinement and artistic expression that perfectly captured the spirit of Binghatti Skyblade.
Following the international debut, Binghatti launched a five-day sales demonstration in recognition of the significant interest from Turkish investors.
The expo, which runs until September 11 at the Swissotel The Bosphorus, will offer attendees exclusive chances, individualized investment advice, and customized consultations.
Chairman Muhammad Binghatti said: “Skyblade is not merely a residential tower; it is a legacy project positioned on the world’s most prestigious boulevard, standing as one of the last few developments to rise in the very heart of Downtown Dubai. By unveiling this landmark in Istanbul, a city that bridges continents, we reaffirm our mission to connect cultures and create architectural icons that transcend borders and generations.”
After historic showcases in Egypt that established new standards for international real estate launches, the Istanbul international project premiere shows Binghatti’s growing worldwide footprint.
By combining architectural innovation, cultural resonance, and investment value in a single, world-class property, Skyblade, Binghatti continues to revolutionize luxury living, he continued.
