On Wednesday, the Dubai real estate market saw 304 sales for AED735.85 million, 77 mortgage deals worth AED263.54 million, and 12 gift deals totaling AED24.3 million, according to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).
282 villas and flats worth AED651.17 million, 22 land plots worth AED84.68 million, and 65 villas and apartments worth AED136.77 million, along with 12 land plots worth AED126.77 million, were sold; this brought the total value of today’s real estate transactions to almost AED1 billion.
