Following the earlier-than-expected completion of its first project, the Dh100 million PG Upper House, real estate developer Pure Gold Living has announced the launch of other residential projects this year.
Two residential developments in prestigious Dubai locales are included in the new projects, which total Dh300 million in investment.
The new residential developments in Al Furjan and Meydan, according to Karim Merchant, CEO of Pure Gold Living, the real estate division of Pure Gold Jewellery Group, will further the goal of developing an end-user community that receives value for its money.
“PG One Al Furjan, the first plot in this exciting community hence the name, will be located one minute from the Discovery Garden metro station. This residential tower will feature studios, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom duplex apartments, each with its own pool. The building itself will also house the largest infinity pool in that part of Dubai, along with several other unique amenities that will be unveiled soon,” Merchant said.
He said the developer has a commercial project in the pipeline in another prime location. “Each project is unique, with its own USPs, and each will be defined by our strong foundation of on-time delivery, attention to detail, and the fulfilling of dreams.” The completion of the residential projects is expected in 36 months.

Prior to the anticipated handover date of June 30, according to Merchant, all 103 apartments of the PG Upper House have been delivered. Two retail establishments were finished and delivered as well.
The one-bedroom and one-bedroom with study apartment options at PG Upper House were constructed to the highest possible modern standards. In contrast to local prices, which have surpassed Dh1,000 per square foot, units at Pure Living’s first residential project start at Dh699,000, or around Dh950.
