Although September hasn’t arrived yet, UAE developers Arada, Wasl, Aldar, and Nakheel have already released their latest products, setting the stage for the pivotal last four months of 2025. The following is a list of the launches that have received the most attention recently:
Palm Jebel Ali
More villas with five or six bedrooms have been released in Dubai’s second Palm; prices start at Dh28 million. With the developer Nakheel seeing the market with sporadic releases and at various price points, sales of houses and plots on the new Dubai island have been increasing. A private developer just revealed their first project at the PJA.
Fahid Island
More residences are being offered for sale on another mega-island in the United Arab Emirates. Aldar has introduced the Fahid Island Beach Terraces in Abu Dhabi, with prices beginning at Dh3.6 million.
When the first houses on the new island were put up for sale, Aldar found great success and attracted a lot of interest from first-time purchasers. This time, it appears that the same formula will be used again.
South Garden
Wasl Group quickly sold out of its most recent launches at its Wasl Gate property in Jebel Ali. Demand was immediately satisfied when buildings D and E, which make up its South Garden project, were released in their second phase this week.
Starting at Dh630,000, studios charged Dh1.42 million for a two-bedroom and Dh2.44 million for a three-bedroom.
Masaar 3
The first set of houses in the expansive “forested” residential complex in Sharjah, Masaar by Arada, is already occupied. As a result, the prospects for the most recent release, the Masaar 3, are brightened. Two-bedroom townhouses start at Dh1.79 million, while three-bedroom townhouses cost Dh2.29 million. The most expensive models, with five bedrooms, start at Dh5.59 million.
