One of Dubai’s fastest-growing residential and business districts, Meydan, will be home to the city’s newest skyscraper, a 71-story building. Sobha Realty is the developer.
The company’s founder, P.N.C. Menon, particularly preferred the design of the 300-meter-tall “S Tower at Sobha Hartland 2.” In addition, this will rank among Meydan’s highest buildings. Developer interest in Meydan and the larger Nad Al Sheba area has been high. Recently, Binghatti invested Dh25 billion to purchase land in the region for the construction of landmark buildings.
The new S Tower’s unit prices have not yet been disclosed. With tailored invitations and interest-based calls, the goal is to keep the sales process as discreet as possible.
On Sheikh Zayed Road, Sobha has another S Tower building. The 62-story building is finished and rises to a height of 229 meters. There have been several new developments along the Sheikh Zayed Road area, such as the Deyaar Downtown Residences and the twin-tower Jumeirah Emirates Towers. They complement the Burj Azizi and the Trump Tower, which have already been disclosed.
‘Sobha Central’ is a multi-tower cluster located on SZR, in addition to the finished S Tower.
Sell S Tower by invitation only
According to the developer, “S Towers” will continue to be sold using a “by invitation only” approach. In the proposed project, there will be 105 units with 5,430–5,440 square feet of space.
A Dh100 million flat at the first S Tower was just sold.
“The S at Sobha Hartland 2 is part of the Privy Collection,” said a spokesperson. “Pricing will be shared upon request for profiled customers.”
