The Director-General of Ajman’s Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, declared that 1,277 real estate transactions totaling AED 1.95 billion were recorded in the emirate in September.
According to the Department’s September real estate report, Ajman’s real estate transactions grew by 21.8 percent year-over-year (YoY), Al Muhairi explained. He emphasized that, with AED 100 million in sales, “Al Rumailah 3” had the highest value.
Additionally, he reported that 191 mortgage transactions totaling more than AED463.6 million had been recorded.
