Within 72 hours of the project’s debut, Aldar Properties announced today that more than 660 apartments at Verdes by Haven, the apartment complex inside the Haven by Aldar masterplan in Dubai, had been sold.
The company’s first project in Dubai, developed in collaboration with Dubai Holding, is called Haven by Aldar.
Aldar’s sales events brought in more than AED 1 billion. Eighty-three percent of sales are to foreign buyers and expatriate residents. British, Indian, and Egyptian passport holders make up the top three international markets in sales volume, highlighting Dubai’s standing as a top destination for relocation and investment worldwide.
The remaining 17% of sales are attributed to UAE nationals, who also showed a strong interest in the development.
Male purchasers complete 72% of units purchased, while female buyers account for 28% of sales. 56% of purchasers are under 45, and 88% of sales are to first-time homeowners, demonstrating the growing size of Aldar’s domestic and international clientele.
The development’s construction is scheduled to start in Q1 2025.
