Following the success of Takaya, Union Properties PJSC has revealed “Mirdad,” a new Dh2 billion residential complex in Motor City.
Mirdad, which will span 356,931 square feet, will include four towers with 1,087 units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments and a few lofts. The development is intended to maximize views and natural light while encouraging linked, sustainable urban living.
Urban living
In addition to more than 26 indoor and outdoor attractions, Mirdad has manicured green areas, energy-efficient building systems, and EV chargers in 50% of parking spots to lessen its impact on the environment.
According to Union Properties, Mirdad incorporates cutting-edge building management technology to enhance comfort and energy efficiency. The design supports Dubai’s green development objectives by giving thermal and acoustic insulation first priority.
Eng. Amer Khansaheb, CEO and Board Member of Union Properties, said the project reflects Dubai’s evolving lifestyle needs and the company’s focus on “design excellence, smart technology, and sustainable urban growth.”
“Mirdad combines intelligent design with a human-centred approach,” Khansaheb said. “It embodies our vision to create communities that inspire wellness, connection, and comfort.”
Growth pipeline
Union Properties intends to increase the size of its development portfolio to Dh6 billion to meet the growing demand in Dubai for mid- to high-end residences.
Hessa Street and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (E311), which connect inhabitants to Downtown Dubai, Dubai International Airport, and the soon-to-be Al Maktoum International Airport, are easily accessible from Mirdad’s Motor City site.
The Dubai Autodrome and two brand-new public parks are among the shopping, dining, and recreational opportunities that surround the region.
By Q4 2028, construction is anticipated to be finished. Upon completion, Mirdad will strengthen Union Properties’ position as one of Dubai’s top master developers by serving as an example of intelligent, sustainable community living.
