Plots at the residential development Expo Valley are for sale, according to Expo City Dubai’s announcement. Prospective “Expo Valley Plots” purchasers can acquire land ranging from 7,500 to 12,500 square feet, “with the flexibility to combine areas to suit their needs,” the master developer announced on Wednesday.
Expo Valley consists of 532 villas, townhouses, and semi-detached properties, and it will welcome its first residents in early 2026.
Ahmed Al Khatib, chief development and delivery officer at Expo City Dubai, said: “As we invest in our city’s growth, we are delighted to offer plots of land for sale and the opportunity for designers and developers to be part of our successful, vibrant environment.”
A nature reserve, lake, and wadi will be located in the project, which is a gated community inside Expo City Dubai.
According to the ‘Expo Valley Plots’ brochure, prospective buyers will get the “space, privacy and architectural freedom” to “design a home that complements its surroundings”.
They will be able to add G+2 levels as needed, with a maximum gross floor area of 10,656 square feet. Most of the available single-row plots have direct views of the wadi. Plot merging is another option available to buyers.
To build the residential project, the developer has also given four new contracts, three of which are to UAE-based companies.
The residential project is scheduled to be constructed at the Expo 2020 Dubai legacy site. With 60% of the neighborhood dedicated to green space, this community is reputed to be the greenest in the UAE.
