Alma Developments, a UAE-based company, has opened Alma Gardens, a new residential development in Liwan, Dubailand. It comprises nine residential floors with 71 complete residences that range in size from one to three bedrooms and other essential amenities.
The development, which is located in one of Dubai’s most promising residential corridors and is surrounded by beautiful parkland, combines green areas, community-focused amenities, and utilitarian design.
According to the statement, Alma Gardens consists of 71 turnkey residences distributed over nine residential floors, providing a range of apartments with one, two, and three bedrooms, as well as laundry facilities and maid services.
Alma claims that the package is completed with an opulent penthouse. In order to combine inner comfort with access to green outside space, each house has a private balcony or terrace with a view of the nearby planted parkland.
According to the statement, every unit has dedicated storage, which usually offers 55–75% more space than the typical apartment of a similar size in Dubai.
According to Alma Developments, Al Meera, a significant participant in the UAE fitout industry, completed the interiors, joinery, kitchens, and built-in cabinets of every property at Alma Gardens, making them fully furnished and ready for occupancy.
Alma Gardens apartments start at AED1.08 million ($294,021) for a one-bedroom apartment with study space, AED1.71 million for a two-bedroom apartment with maid’s quarters, and AED2.82 million for a three-bedroom apartment with maid’s quarters and laundry room.
Additionally, it stated that a single penthouse unit is offered for AED 4.44 million.
“Alma Gardens reflects everything we’ve learned through decades of experience in design, manufacturing, and residential delivery. By managing every detail internally, we can provide homes that are not only thoughtfully designed, but truly ready to live in,” stated Sara Aji, Managing Partner at Alma Developments.
She claims that Alma Gardens inhabitants will have access to a carefully planned lifestyle that prioritizes convenience, community, and well-being.
Its facilities include a Zen garden, a fully furnished gym and sauna, a multifunctional studio, children’s play spaces, BBQ spots, and a rooftop pool with expansive views of the city skyline. According to her, these amenities are intended to promote harmony, healthy living, and a welcoming and inclusive neighborhood atmosphere.
According to Aji, Alma Gardens is perfectly situated in Liwan, which is a part of the larger Dubailand neighborhood. It provides easy access to Academic City, Silicon Oasis, and a number of Dubai’s top colleges and universities.
The development is only 19 minutes from Downtown Dubai and 18 minutes from Dubai International Airport. She said that the future extension of the Dubai Metro Blue Line is anticipated to significantly boost connectivity to the rest of the city.
