In Jumeirah Islands, Dubai, Palma Development has opened Serenia District, a brand-new residential community valued at AED5 billion ($1.36 billion).
Six integrated towers make up the 600,000 square foot, 3.5 million square foot real estate development in Dubai.
The Serenia Signature Clubhouse, the Health and Social zone, the Sports and Recreation areas, the Family Oasis, the Nature Discovery zone, and a Wellness Retreat are the six lifestyle zones that make up the project.

West Residence, a 46-story tower with 419 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and views of the Jumeirah Islands, is the first phase’s introduction. The tower places a strong emphasis on simplicity and neat design.
The Serenia Signature Clubhouse, which is 100,000 square feet in size, has a panoramic infinity pool, a gym, a rooftop café, spas for men and women, an indoor paddle court, a half-court for basketball, a games room, and retail and food and beverage areas.
Serenia District was created by Japanese architects Nikken Sekkei, the third-largest architectural firm in the world, utilizing Japanese Ireko design principles, which emphasize peace, simplicity, and efficient use of available space.
