Weeks before US President Donald Trump’s visit to the area, Dubai is formally receiving its own Trump Tower. By announcing the opening of the Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai, Dar Global and The Trump Organization reaffirmed their belief in the long-term growth potential of the area and their dedication to provide outstanding value to both residents and investors.
The project is the fifth partnership between DAR Global and the Trump organization, and the first and only Trump International Hotels & Towers in the Middle East.
Building on the success of previous ventures such as Trump Tower Jeddah in Saudi Arabia and Trump International Golf Club and Hotel in Oman, the current project is located along Sheikh Zayed Road at the gateway to Downtown Dubai, with views of the Burj Khalifa and the sea.
The tower will boast the world’s highest outdoor pool.
The Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai, which will have 80 floors and a height of 350 meters, will provide guests with opulent rooms and suites, private lounges, individualized service, and top-notch amenities. Additionally, it will have The Trump, a private club for members only, and a resort-style pool that is solely available to residents.

Residents and visitors will also have access to the world’s tallest outdoor pool. Two unique penthouses with sky pools are among the other notable features of the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai.

Trump to visit UAE next month
A few weeks before the U.S. president’s trip to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar, the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai opens. Trump will travel to the three nations next month for the first time during his second term, the White House announced last week.
When Trump was initially elected president of the United States in 2017, his first international trip was to Saudi Arabia. Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman declared that the Kingdom intends to invest over $600 billion in the United States during the president’s second term, only days after Trump took office again in January.
The White House also disclosed in March that the UAE has stated plans to invest $1.4 trillion over the next ten years in semiconductors, manufacturing, natural gas production, and artificial intelligence infrastructure headquartered in the United States. This declaration came after Trump met with Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed, the national security adviser for the United Arab Emirates, at the White House.
Trump seeks further GCC expansion
The Trump Organization is constantly growing its presence in the GCC. This year, it will open the much-anticipated $533 million Trump Tower Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, which has been planned for months alongside Dar Global. Following Donald Trump’s election as the U.S. president on November 5, this was the first development to take place.
Eric Trump said earlier this year that the family is working on projects in Abu Dhabi, Jeddah, Oman, and Riyadh while attending a Bitcoin event in Abu Dhabi. Along with Dar Global, the company intends to start two new projects in Riyadh.
Since 2005, Trump has been interested in the GCC. Back then, the Palm Trump International Hotel & Tower—a Trump Tower—was revealed in Dubai. But in February 2011, the entire project was shelved.
