Azizi Developments, a UAE-based company, has said that Azizi Riviera, its premier master-planned community in MBR City, is now in the last phase of construction.
The first three phases and five buildings in Phase 4 make up the total of 53 of the 75 buildings that have been turned over. The remaining 22 buildings are on schedule to be completed by the second quarter of 2026.
A chic lifestyle destination with almost 16,000 apartments spread across 75 mid- and high-rise buildings, Riviera is a part of Azizi’s premium portfolio.
According to a statement from Azizi, the handovers of Riviera 67 and Riviera 65 most recently started on July 1 and July 21, respectively, after the successful delivery of Riviera 61 on June 9 and Riviera 63 on March 24.
The Emirati developer revealed its delivery schedule, stating that Phase 4 is moving forward steadily with Azure coming in August and Riviera 52 in September.
Along with Riviera, Azizi is preparing to finish Beach Oasis I in October and Azizi Vista in Dubai Studio City this August, the statement continued.
