Arada has given a subsidiary of the multinational construction behemoth China Railway Group Ltd (CREC) the main construction contract for the opulent Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah.
The deal, which is worth AED678 million, will see the construction of the historic project by the end of 2027.
China Tiesju Civil Engineering, a CREC affiliate, has vast expertise implementing difficult projects in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia.

Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah, created in collaboration with Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and Pritzker-Prize winning Japanese architect Tadao Ando, offers 57 individually designed residences, 90,000 square feet of first-rate amenities, and expansive views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s renowned skyline.
