Ajman Bank’s fully-owned subsidiary Skyrise Properties has announced the official opening of its new headquarters, which will be located next to the bank’s main office.
Skyrise Properties’ growing operations, which include property and asset management, sales, leasing, brokerage, third-party assessments, and facility management supervision, will be centered at the new location.
The management of Ajman Bank’s substantial real estate portfolio, which is worth AED 5.5 billion, will be Skyrise Properties’ primary priority as it grows its clientele.
