Are you a new resident of Dubai eager to finish all the requirements for residency? In that case, you may need to visit to provide your biometric information for your Emirates ID.
It serves as the main form of identification for residents of the UAE, and everyone over the age of 15 who wants to apply for a new Emirates ID must submit their biometric information, including a fingerprint scan.
You would have to accomplish this by going to one of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP) centers, which is where Emirates IDs are issued.
