What you need to do to check the balance on your UAE prepaid number

Here is everything you need to know about how to check your phone’s credit and numerous options to top-up the amount if you have a prepaid number purchased in the UAE.

Etisalat

How to check your phone balance

Simply dial *121# on an Etisalat phone to check your prepaid amount.

The system will then provide you with information about your account’s balance.

How to top up the balance on Etisalat

The following are some methods for adding credit to your Etisalat prepaid number:

  1. My Etisalat UAE app

Download the “My Etisalat UAE” app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

Following account creation with your mobile number, you must top off your phone’s credit with a debit or credit card.

  1. Etisalat Quickpay

Also, you can go to Etisalat.ae/quickpay. Click next after entering your mobile number. Put in how much you want to top off your credit. After there, you can use your credit or debit card to complete the transaction by going to a payment site. Your phone credit will be topped off after the payment has been received.

  1. Recharge cards and eVouchers

Any grocery store, supermarket, or other location selling recharge cards should be able to sell you an Etisalat recharge card or eVoucher. This card or eVoucher has a card number that you can find. To top off your credit, you must then dial *120*card number>#.

  1. Online, telephone banking

Your UAE bank can also permit you to top off your credit by dialing into the telebanking service or using your online banking account.

How to check your phone’s balance

To check your prepaid balance on an Etisalat phone, simply dial *135#

You can also type ‘balance’ and send a message to 1335.

How to top up balance on du

  1. Du app

Download the “du” app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

Following account creation with your mobile number, you must top off your phone’s credit with a debit or credit card.

  1. Quick Recharge

To recharge your credit, go to du.ae/qr, input your mobile number, and then the amount you want to add. After there, you can use your credit or debit card to complete the transaction by going to a payment site. Your phone credit will be topped off after the payment has been received.

Virgin Mobile

How to check your phone balance

To check your prepaid balance on a Virgin mobile phone, simply dial *145#.

The system will then provide you with information about your account’s balance.

The “Virgin Mobile” app, which is accessible for Apple and Android smartphones, also allows you to check your balance.

How to top up the balance on Virgin Mobile

  1. Virgin mobile app

Go to the “recharge” option in the app. Choose the quantity you want to add to your wallet. Hit the “use credit card” button. As soon as the transaction is completed, your wallet will instantly reload if your credit card is linked to your account.

  1. Recharge vouchers

– Purchase a recharge voucher from the cashier at one of Virgin Mobile’s retail partners.

– Tap “Recharge” in the Virgin Mobile app’s wallet, then scan the barcode.

– The money will be added to your Virgin Mobile wallet instantly.
