With just one app, individuals can now conveniently access over 750 services provided by more than 30 government entities in Abu Dhabi, as well as numerous private sector providers in the Emirates. This remarkable feat is made possible through the innovative ‘TAMM’ app, which serves as a unified platform for government services in Abu Dhabi.
Recently, the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi (DGE) proudly showcased the expanded and enhanced features of the ‘TAMM’ app at Gitex 2023, a prestigious technology fair held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from Monday, October 16 to Friday, October 20.
The ‘TAMM’ app represents the Abu Dhabi government’s commitment to creating a comprehensive ‘one-stop-shop’ for all government services. Our primary objective is to ensure that customers can effortlessly access any service they require in the quickest and most seamless manner possible.
What’s new in the ‘TAMM’ app?
1. Find personalized services
When you sign into the app using your UAE Pass account, you will discover a range of services tailored specifically to your needs on the app’s homepage, which you can access directly. Moreover, you have the flexibility to customize your dashboard according to your preferences.
The user is empowered to personalize the app’s homepage by adding or removing widgets. For instance, one of the widgets allows you to conveniently view all your outstanding fines and bills. However, if you prefer not to see this information, simply tap on the edit button and remove it from your homepage.
2. Emirates ID, driving license – all in one place
One of the exciting new features that has been added is the ability to manage all your important documents conveniently. You can easily access this feature by navigating to the ‘My Documents’ section on the app’s homepage. Once you arrive there, you will discover that your passport, Emirates ID, family book, driving license, and other essential government documents are just a few clicks away, without the need to input any information. Moreover, you have the option to download these documents directly onto your phone and effortlessly share them with others.
Once you sign into the app, you will be able to access digital versions of official documents such as your Emirates ID or driving license. To sign in, you need to use the UAE Pass, which is directly linked to your Emirates ID. The following are the official documents that can be securely stored in digital format within the app:

3. Pay all your bills and fines in Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi’s citizens and residents now have the convenience of paying all their bills through a user-friendly mobile application. This innovative app offers a seamless experience, allowing users to effortlessly manage their financial obligations. With just a few taps, individuals can settle various bills, including but not limited to:
- Telecom bills – Etisalat by e& and Du
• Utility bills
• Darb recharge and fines
• Salik recharge and fines
• Traffic fines
4. Pay for parking in Abu Dhabi
In Abu Dhabi, you have the convenience of paying for Mawaqif, the city’s public parking system, through a user-friendly mobile application. Not only can you settle any outstanding parking fines effortlessly, but the app also keeps you informed about the duration of your parking ticket. This seamless integration of technology ensures a hassle-free parking experience for residents and visitors alike.
5. Manage your vehicle
Through the application, you will have convenient access to a wide range of services pertaining to your vehicle. These services encompass the seamless transfer of vehicle ownership, hassle-free renewal of vehicle registration, effortless viewing of black points and traffic fines, as well as a comprehensive accident history.
Moreover, the application will keep you informed and alert by sending timely notifications when your license and registration are nearing expiration.
Within the app’s ‘Manage Your Vehicle’ section, you will also have the privilege of effortlessly viewing all the vehicles registered under your name.
All of this valuable data will be promptly retrieved through your UAE Pass account, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.
6. Get 24/7 government support
Another feature that has been revamped is the support center on the app. Now, you have the option to engage in a conversation with either a chatbot or a live chat with one of the dedicated TAMM customer service agents.
The agents are not only available to assist you through text-based chats, but they can also seamlessly transfer the conversation to a video call if needed. Additionally, they can provide you with the convenience of remotely accessing your device and applying for a service on your behalf.
