The winter season in the UAE is often associated with barbecue activities, which have become a cherished tradition for many families. What better way to relish the drop in temperature than by igniting a grill and indulging in delectable food with loved ones?

If you are seeking remarkable spots in Dubai to embark on this delightful experience, allow me to present seven exceptional locations for your consideration.

          1. Dubai Creek Park

Dubai Creek Park, located in the Umm Hurair area, is a highly sought-after destination among the residents of Dubai. This picturesque park offers a multitude of amenities, making it an ideal spot for families and individuals alike. As stated on Visit Dubai, the official tourism website of the emirate, visitors can take advantage of numerous free-to-use barbecue pits or opt to set up their own barbecue in the expansive open fields.

In addition to its barbecue facilities, Dubai Creek Park boasts a plethora of attractions designed to cater to the needs and interests of children and families. Immerse yourself in the enchanting botanical gardens, where a vibrant array of flora and fauna awaits. For those seeking a touch of adventure, a cable car ride offers breathtaking views of the park and its surroundings. Alternatively, challenge your loved ones to a friendly game of mini-golf or indulge in the exhilarating experience of go-karting.

With its diverse range of activities and amenities, Dubai Creek Park promises an unforgettable outing for all who visit.

          Location: Umm Hurair 2

Entry fee: Dh5 for adults, while children below three years of age can enter free of charge. Individuals with disabilities, known as People of Determination, and two accompanying individuals can also enter for free by presenting the Sanad card issued by the Dubai government.

Please note that the park entrance fee must be paid using the nol card issued by Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). If you do not possess one, it is possible to purchase it at the entrance and use it for payment upon entry.

          2. Zabeel Park

Zabeel Park stands as one of Dubai’s grandest parks, boasting an impressive expanse equivalent to 45 football fields. Nestled within its vast greenery lies the iconic Dubai Frame, a testament to architectural brilliance. As you explore this magnificent park, you will stumble upon charming barbecue spots scattered across the fields, inviting you to indulge in delightful outdoor feasts.

Beyond its picturesque landscapes, Zabeel Park offers an array of family-friendly activities that cater to all ages.
